MOSCOW, Oct 23 (PRIME) -- The first list of projects for special investments will be approved at the end of November, presidential aide Andrei Belousov told reporters on the sidelines of a forum on Tuesday.
“There are some results already, it (the work) will near completion closer to the end of November, I think judging by the scale. At least, there will be the first tranche of projects,” Belousov said.
In August, Belousov suggested withdrawing up to 500 billion rubles a year of windfall income from some metals, petrochemical, and fertilizer producers. But later he backtracked and said that he agreed with the companies that the government will stimulate their investment in nation-scale projects.
